Scientific Information
Instruction for Oral Presentation (Concurrent Session)
For oral presentations, one 35mm slide projector or one overhead projector will be available. Video projector and 16mm MOVIE PROJECTORS CANNOT BE USED. All figures and tables are to be prepared in English. Speakers should not exceed their allotted time. (Presentation: 8 minutes and Discussion: 4 minutes)
Instruction for Poster Presentations:
Poster sessions will be held on July 24 and 25. Authors, displaying a poster are requested to be present at your poster during the discussion time. Authors should not exceed their allotted time (5 minutes) at the discussion time.
The dimensions of display space are 90cm wide x 160cm high. The upper 20cm of each panels is for displaying the serial number to identify each presentations (This number will be provided by the secretariat). Authors are requested to prepare a title card for this purpose including the name(s), affiliation(s), and address(es) of the author(s). The size of title card will be 70cm wide x 20cm high.
